The leadership team at Homeland brings a diverse range of expertise and decades of collective experience, forming the foundation of the company’s success. Co-owners Craig Clark and Mike Swisher provide a blend of entrepreneurial vision, construction expertise, and a deep understanding of the Colorado real estate market. With Emma Johnson as Property Manager, the team is supported by a meticulous and responsive manager overseeing over 500,000 square feet of real estate, ensuring operational excellence and tenant satisfaction.

As the Acquisitions Manager, Omar Velayudhan drives the company’s strategic growth through creative and firm negotiations, securing profitable acquisitions and leases. Faydra Boyce, the Controller, ensures the financial stability of Homeland and its portfolio, managing cash flow, investor relations, and financial reporting with precision and discipline.

Rounding out the team is Karen Kennedy, the Chief Operating Officer and lead construction project manager, who oversees tenant improvements and remodels with an exceptional ability to deliver projects on time and on budget, ensuring each project enhances Homeland’s portfolio. Together, this dynamic team brings a wealth of experience, integrity, and strategic thinking, enabling Homeland to identify, acquire, and successfully manage properties that offer long-term value.
